Hello,
We are the Grobbel's, Richard and Beverly. We have been going to Dr. Russell now for 22 yrs. In our book he is the best, he is not only our Chiropractor he is our friend. Richard has had back problems. At time's he has gone to Dr. Russell bent over and he comes out standing tall, he may hurt for a few days, but no pain no gain. I (Bev) look at that the very same way. Back 23 years ago our daughter had twin boys and as they were growing up I would carry them on my left hip which caused me to put my right hip out. Now I have learned to carry any baby in the middle of my body so I don't cause this problem again. I also have a problem with my neck which he as away to adjust me by sitting me in a chair which helps me out alot. Now and then he adjusts my neck when I am laying on the table too. We do go to see him once a month to help keep our bodies the way they should be. Dr. Russell always says sorry when he is adjusting which to me is very cute...(it is when I go ouch- no pain no gain) Dr. Russell is a very wonderful person.
